V.I.E. Business Analyst- H/F/X

Responsibilities

The Strategy & Transformation department acts transversally with the entire organization to support operational efficiency, innovation, business development and customer satisfaction. Its current primary focus will be the Integration of ALD & LeasePlan into Ayvens, so it has a role to play in making sure that the right priorities are addressed at country level. The department ensures successful implementation of prioritized strategic and transformational programs and translates strategic priorities into local KPIs and targets, via. Business Excellence & Business Development.

Responsibilities in the department include:

• Run the local integration and realize the synergies
• Run local strategic plan development & track its development
• Execute and coordinate local key strategic initiative with the support of other functional leaders
• Steer Value Capture objectives throughout the country (e.g., reporting, circulation of Value Capture targets and implications)
• Implementation and management of Business excellence
• Act as the local ambassador/s for continuous process improvement and KPI driven performance measurement
• Lead methodology driven or other problem-solving projects to deliver tangible performance impact
• Lead the alignment of local KPIs, targets & results with global / strategic priorities
• Improve customer experience and assure customer feedback is embedded in company decisions

The future V.I.E. joining the team will:

• Analyze data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes
• Understand the business and information needs of the organization, and translate this into analysis and reporting
• Support in problem-solving / root-cause analyses to realize entity’s overarching goals
• Support the business on ad hoc analysis requirements and business case developments
• Support the business in understanding the evolution and impacts on key KPIs, targets etc
• Provide actionable insights that can be easily interpreted by business owners and clients
• Develop tools to support the forecasting possibilities of important business initiatives
• Support local key strategic initiatives together with other functions
• Assist in reporting key KPIs centrally

Please note that for the missions outside the European countries, a VISA is necessary. Please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure. Otherwise, we strongly advise you to launch asap the renewal of your passport.

Profile required

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:

• Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance/Business/Data analysis or similar
  
• A previous experience in Data analysis or Finance would be appreciated

Language skills:

• Fluent in English (B2-C1)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

• Proficient command of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings effectively
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with Power BI is an advantage but not a requirement

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Copenhagen is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
