ROOF – Bar & Lounge on top of NH Collection Copenhagen is the place to have cocktails and snacks, nibbles & bites. Our guests can enjoy an informal atmosphere and exclusive interior, inspired by the neighborhood of Christianshavn, the sustainable property and the tinned copper roofs surrounding us.

This is the place where you meet for a culinary respite on top of the days meetings and bustle, for cocktails and kisses with your loved ones, or for the celebration of freedom when the weekend sets in and the music takes over.

Were looking for waiters on call. Shifts will be mainly evenings including weekends.

What will you do?
As part of ROOF – Bar & Lounge team, you will play a key role across all aspects, including serving customers and table service.

Who are you?
  • You demonstrate an extensive knowledge and passion for wines, spirits and cocktails – with a desire to learn more
  • You have a passion for food and are confident in creating extra ordinary guest experiences
  • Our ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working evenings and weekends
  • You have a good command of the Danish and English language
  • Minimum 1 year of significant experience in a similar position within bar/restaurant environment is essential
