CROSS IT TRACK LEAD

We are looking for a Cross IT Track Lead who is fluent in Portuguese for one of our clients in the Pharma Industry.

You will be representing their Global Cross IT team in the FFEx program as a SPOC towards two sites: Montes Claros in Brazil + TBD.

The Cross IT Track Lead has the responsibility of ensuring a well-planned and successful Implementation of our 18 Cross IT Systems at the international Fill & Finish Expansion sites. As a Track Lead you will act as the SPOC for the expansion site whilst utilizing the plans, materials etc. coming from the FFEx Global Programme. Through close alignment with the site, their system delivery teams and global program teams, you will ensure that the execution is being performed as smoothly as possible.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, onsite required.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• With outset in the generic templates from the FFEx Programme create the plans for implementing the global systems at the site expansion
• Use the dependencies and duration provided by the programme to establish clear plans for the site expansion
• Based on the risk management processes in the programme the track lead ensures that all IT risks related to the site expansion is being mitigated
• Communicates towards the programme if/when escalation is needed
• Translates the cost estimates from the programme into the specific need at the site expansion
• Establish collaboration models/governance to ensure alignment across the relevant parties
• Target communication to the accurate audience and keeping people informed at the right level
• Provide clear communication and guidance between all relevant stakeholders – making sure that the site expansion team feels sufficiently supported
• Communicate with the site in Monte Claro, Brazil

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Experienced IT Project Manager
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Experience from pharma or other regulated areas is an advantage
• Strong English skills
• Must be onsite in Copenhagen
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start working right away
