You will join The Nordic Support team which consists of 26 talents, where we have a wide collaboration with Deloittes employees. Currently our team, Nordic Support, which includes colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Iceland, is transforming from local support desks to centralized entity in order to support end users across all the Nordic countries. This is an exciting and new process that you will be a part of. We support processes across our Nordic offices and business areas. This includes everything from digitization to communication, technology, and infrastructure with strategy, business development as well as program management and project management.

Exciting tasks awaits you
You will support employees in all the Nordic countries. You will be in the position to perform IT support and tasks of a diverse nature which includes:

  • Optimization and strengthening of our Deloitte systems and applications
  • Assist setting up computers and installation of software
  • Support the Nordic end-users by phone, e-mail, and physical inquiries in our office
  • Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues
  • Experience & develop documentation of processes and knowledge sharing
  • Work with technical issues

As a Nordic Support Consultant, you will be included in the daily schedule in our office in Copenhagen. In collaboration with your colleagues, you will support Deloitte employees and provide the best service and professional help.
Depending on your motivation and drive, there is a great opportunity to influence the content and develop responsibilities in the job.

Qualifications

We are looking for a positive, open-minded, and very structured Nordic Support Consultant who can work independently but also work well in a team. Your tasks will require good communication skills. You master English on a high level both in writing and speech, as we work in an international organization. Furthermore, you have:

  • An IT professional background for example as an IT supporter or another relevant masters degree.
  • Experience with customer service and worked in many different applications and systems
  • Experience with documentation of processes and knowledge sharing
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft and Apple iOS systems
  • Experience with laptop, desktop and mobile devices.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and get to know the field of the Nordic Support
  • Strong problem-solving skills
