Student Assistant within Marine Inspection

Join us in this role where you’ll influence decisions and handle tasks on your own. You’ll be administering our vessel inspections whilst working on refining our digital solution for inspection of vessels together with experts in our IT department.

Welcome to Marine Inspection
You’ll be part of the Marine Inspection team where you, together with your colleagues, will help to deliver a high standard of Marine Inspections globally, involved in the continuous development and delivery of the IT platforms for our Global Inspectors. As a small team, we work closely together, ensuring a smooth delivery of service, function well with openness and dedication, and value professionalism and enjoyment in what we do.

You’ll play an important role in:

• coordinating incoming requests for vessel inspections
• administration of tasks to prepare and close out vessel inspections
• preparing monthly reports on inspection status and performance
• developing efficient digital solutions for our vessel inspection processes in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• supporting and training external and internal inspectors in using our digital solution for vessel inspection
• supporting and troubleshooting defects and bugs within the IT systems.

To succeed in the role, you:

• are currently studying at a bachelor’s level within business processes, IT, or similar and have at least two years left before graduating
• have a structured way of thinking and are convincing in your communication
• are curious, proactive, and a fast learner
• have a flair for handling data and IT and thrive with creating small digital solutions
• are able to handle several tasks simultaneously and thrive in a changeable environment
• speak and write English at a proficient level and preferably Danish minimum basic level.
