Job Description:

The purpose of the PSR Key Account Manager is to build a strong win-win relationships with their designated accounts, to execute the Royal Canin strategy and deliver growth and profitability targets. The jobholder will own the category growth agenda within own customer scope and significantly contribute to ensuring the premium representation of the Royal Canin brand.

What are we looking for?
  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field

  • Several years of customer facing experience with P&L responsibility.

  • Experience within eCommerce and/or consumer goods (FMCG) is a strong asset.

  • Experience working with Nordic scope is an asset.

  • Fluency in English and the one respective Nordic language is required.

  • Track record of successfully driving category growth agenda and/or strategic initiatives within direct responsibility

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Customer & Channel Leadership

  • Full ownership of selected PSR customers across Nordics
  • Activity/promotion plans in line with Royal Canin brand, category and channel strategies.
  • Development and implementation of customer account plans and joint business plans to drive category growth.
  • Lead customer negotiations in line with Royal Canin commercial framework
  • Drive the Customer Engagement agenda with Customer Centricity mindset - Win customer ‘Heart & Mind’
  • Category Expertise & Leadership

  • Deploy Royal Canin category vision and implement related category leadership projects.
  • Co-own signature programs such as Perfect Store within own scope of responsibility together with Category Management.
  • Team Collaboration and Development

  • Play significant role in driving team engagement.
  • Contribute to collective development by proactive sharing of best practices.
  • Manage broad network of cross-functional stakeholders with transparency and quality.
