Key Account Coordinator

YOUR TEAM
You will become a part of the team responsible for the biggest and best performing Cross Border Online customers at VERO MODA. You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Managers and play a significant role in contributing to developing VERO MODA’s position within our portfolio of online accounts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Key Account Manager in the markets and our online accounts. You act as the link between the accounts, our sales team and our buying department. More specifically, your tasks include:

• Administrative management of accounts in collaboration with Key Account Managers
• Evaluating delivery tracking to brief Key Account Managers
• Ensuring correct sales flow in collaboration with Buying and Sales
• Order processing and following up on order and stock situation
• Distribution of products to our customers
• Assisting at sales events
• Optimising sales to our e-commerce partners
• Collaboration with design and development teams to support the creation of new products.
• Stay informed about fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitors products.
• Analysing sales data and customer feedback to gain insights into product performance.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an individual with a sales-oriented, positive and energetic attitude, who thrives in an administrative role that requires you to work on and prioritise between multiple tasks at the same time. We hire for mindset and train for skills, but it would be great, if you also bring the following:

• Understanding of numbers and business
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Danish and German is a plus
• Experience from an administrative sales or product position is an advantage
• Knowledge of the fashion and/or retail industry is considered a plus
