About the job As a Project Coordinator at Alfa Laval BU Decanters you play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of projects and the efficient processing of orders. You will collaborate closely with project managers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Your primary focus will be on supporting a project/programme/Project Management Office (PMO) team in all areas of decanters project’s activities in accordance with Alfa Laval’s project methodology, maintaining organized project documentation, tracking progress as well as delivering a cross functional service to the customer in order to meet the customer demands and secure a timely and accurate communication to the customer as well as within own organization. What you know Bachelors degree in a technical field or proven equivalent work experience as a Project Coordinator within technical areas. Familiarity with project lifecycle stages and the ability to contribute to project planning and execution, especially in decanters projects. The ability to foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of multiple projects concurrently. Documentation/Record Management. Quality assurance:

• Understanding of quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards/customer requests.
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
