Automation Responsible - Engineering Consultant

We are looking for an experienced automation responsible, preferably with pharmaceutical industry experience to create immediate value for our customers.

Your role:

Support our client’s automation projects in a GMP environment, throughout all project phases. Play a versatile role as both automation solution architect and project manager for assignments within Process Equipment & Automation.

• Automation solution architecture support
• Alignment and optimization of automation processes
• Develop and design automation strategies
• Compliance responsible, hence ensuring that processes are testable and support qualification and validation activities
• Act as the linking tool between an automation system, equipment and the end users
• Development of the automation business area under emendo engineering

Qualifications:

• You hold a bachelors or master´s degree within e.g. Automation, IT or Engineering
• You have at least 3 years of work experience within automation
• Excellent English skills in spoken and written form
• Danish skills are preferred otherwise expected to start to learn
• Driver’s license is preferred.

Competences & experience:

• Solid and broad understanding of Process control systems (DCS, SCADA, PLC) e.g. Emerson DeltaV, ABB System 800xA, ABB SattLine, Siemens S7
• In-depth knowledge with industry standards (S88, S95, GAMP5)
• Process and GMP understanding
• Experience in process automation within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Commissioning, Qualification, Validation of Computerized Systems
• Experience in electronic records and data integrity

Our tasks primarily take place at our customers premises. Therefore, you are expected to be flexible in relation to transport, as we work where the task/project is located.
