Job Description:

Brenner du for å levere god kundeservice og kommunisere med andre mennesker? Så er du en perfekt match til vårt norske kundeserviceteam i Glostrup.

Som kundeservicemedarbeider, kommer du bl.a. til å besvare henvedelser fra våres B2B og B2C kunder, vedrørende pakkesporing, tollspørsmål, faktura og mye annet.

Hvem er du?

  • Du er god til å kommunisere med kunder over telefon.
  • Du behersker norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
  • Du håndterer og trives med å kommunisere med en rekke forskjellige typer mennesker.
  • Du kan leve opp til UPS´s slogan – ”Det er en avtale”
  • Du har en professjonell og serviceminded innstilling til jobben.

Arbeidstid:

37 timer i uken, i tidsrommet 08.00-19.00 mandag til fredag, i et 14 dagers rullerende vaktskjema.
