TOTEME is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our new store in Copenhagen full-time. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver excellent service to customers.
  • Create and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Work individually and as part of a team to execute efficient workflows and reach sales targets.
  • Act as an ambassador for TOTEME.
  • Merchandising and styling.
  • Plan and execute daily store operations.
  • Work towards company standards and goals.
  • Analyze and work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
  • Fluent in English and Danish.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEMEs Copenhagen store starting from September 2024.

You will contribute to the company’s development and have the opportunity to grow within your role.
