Donkey Republic is looking for a part-time Rider Support Agent to give our Donkey riders an amazing and excellent customer experience!

Join us in a mission to make sustainable shared transportation available to everyone and make cities more liveable! We are 20,000+ bicycles large, serving 1m+ riders in 10 large and another 50 smaller cities in Europe and we believe that Every Ride Counts. About the role:

You will be part of a full-remote customer support team supporting our riders with all kind of inquiries. The support channels we are working with are live chat, email and phone.

The role is a limited time contract of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility for permanent contract for the right candidate.

Customer support is open from 6am to 8pm, every day of the week. You will be working in a 2-week shift plan where 1 week you will be working from Wednesday-Saturday and the other week from Thursday-Sunday. We are supporting our riders in many different languages, for example Danish, Dutch, German, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish and French.

You will be working remotely and its therefore not important where you are based. However, we will make sure that you part of the team despite the distance :) You will be reporting to the Head of our Rider Support Team.

Your tasks include:
  • Giving all our riders an excellent customer experience!

  • Making sure that you are on top of our product/processes to provide the right information to all our riders.

  • Processing of different kind of rentals.

  • Updating our content, FAQs and other ad hoc tasks.

We expect you:
  • Are fluent in English and Dutch or French. Applications from candidates that are not fluent in both will not be considered.

  • German would be a huge plus as additional language

  • To have some experience in customer support.

  • Available to start as soon as possible.

  • Can work 20 to 25 hours a week.

  • Are ready to give our Donkey riders the best possible customer experience.

  • Are empathetic and love to talk to people.

  • Are structured and process oriented.

  • Dont mind working in weekends and holidays as its part of the job.

  • Are a fast learner and digitally proficient.
