JENSEN Denmark A/S is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Aftermarket Team as Spare Part Manager. We are seeking someone who combines deep technical insight with a flair for business, alongside exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

Furthermore, you will be an integral part of our Aftermarket management team, consisting of 4 members, directly reporting to the Aftermarket Director in Rønne. This enhances our strategic direction and operational expertise.

The role involves providing effective leadership, support, and direction to our skilled spare parts team, with the aim of positioning the department for future success and expansion. This position requires extensive collaboration with various departments such as Engineering, Procurement, and Service Technicians, making visible leadership in Rønne crucial.

The ideal candidate will be a motivational figure, capable of unifying a diverse group of employees towards common goals. You should have excellent analytical abilities, with a proven track record in data management, and will be in charge of a team of 10 individuals, managing all aspects of spare parts sales including pricing and categorization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing superior service and support to our global customers and service centers regarding spare parts acquisition.
  • Taking the lead on spare part sales processes and procedures.
  • Crafting and implementing strategies for pricing and product placement.
  • Promoting a culture of data-driven sales strategies and decisions.
  • Fostering ongoing improvements in spare part sales operations.
  • Being responsible for documentation.

What you need to possess:

  • Relevant educational qualifications and prior experience in a similar role.
  • Strong background in technical sales and leadership.
  • Analytical prowess, with a preference for data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with responsibility being a key trait.
  • Proficiency in both Danish and English, in verbal and written forms.
