You will be working in close contact with the Vice President for Corporate Patents & Trademarks to ensure the best possible daily management of the function. You will be responsible for ensuring budget control and that the daily operations are running smoothly. This position provides an excellent opportunity to use your personal skills and experiences in a role that encourages professional growth.


Your future team


You will be part of Corporate Patents & Trademarks, and our office is in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will join our team of 20 colleagues who take pride in capturing, protecting, defending, and enforcing Lundbeck’s Intellectual Property, and create the best basis for Lundbeck to continuously invest in novel therapies. Our culture is characterized by collaboration, diversity, and inclusion so everybody can be their best.

What you bring to the team


As our new Assistant to Vice President, we anticipate that you have experience in the role as personal or department assistant or you may be ready to take this next step in your career. In addition, you bring the following competencies to the team:

  • Are pro-active, flexible and have a “can do” attitude, and you contribute to a positive atmosphere and a friendly working environment.
  • Have solid experience with budget handling, especially SAP, and you thrive when the numbers add up.
  • Are curious to learn about intellectual property and pharmaceuticals.
  • Well-versed in digital workplace tools such as MS Office 365.
  • Personal drive, solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize, and
  • A global mindset and good English skills.
