Student Assistant

The Medical Affairs team at Sandoz Nordics offers two positions for student assistants (40% part time) to support medical information.

Sandoz is a global leader in generic pharmaceuticals and biosimilars. Our global portfolio comprises approximately 1000 molecules, covering all major therapeutic areas. We are currently looking for a student assistant to support our Medical Information function which is part of the Medical Affairs team.

Are you an ambitious, proactive and self-driven individual with a passion to learn more about the pharmaceutical industry and use your theoretical knowledge from your education? If yes, join our team (4 full time employees and 2 student assistants) in Sandoz and get a chance to work with medical information and optimizing processes simultaneously with your studies. In this role you will contribute to providing the best Medical Information Service for patients and health care professionals and hereby support them to use Sandoz products in the best way.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Assisting the Medical Information Team in monitoring, logging and providing scientific documented responses on enquiries addressed to Sandoz Nordics. Enquiries may come from physicians, nurses, pharmacies and patients.

• Monitor and log medical enquiries received through Medical information

• Document and assess enquiries received

• Response and/or forward enquiries

• Ad hoc tasks related to Medical Information

• All work performed by the assistant is in accordance with related Medical Information SOP/WPs

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• You are a student within Pharmacy / or life science

• You are ideally currently studying 2nd or 3rd year of education

• You have a strong attention to details and not afraid of asking questions

• You are a fast learner, hungry for new challenges and face change with a smile

• You are highly reliable and committed with a strong personal drive

• You are fluent English and Danish, understanding or fluent in Swedish and/or Norwegian is preferable

You’ll receive:

The medical affairs team is located in the Sandoz A/S office in Copenhagen, and our student assistants are integrated in the team.

Full onboarding and continuous training for the job tasks are provided, as well as all insights provided by the Sandoz colleagues working in our highly specialized teams providing medicines to patients all over the Nordics region.
