As our current Manager has been promoted to Director, we are looking for a manager that can take up the exciting position as manager for the cross functional cleaning support team in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) facility Purification Plants, Kalundborg, Denmark, Apply today for a life-changing career.

The position
As our new Manager for Cleaning Support at Purification Plant (PP), Novo Nordisk, you will be People Manager for approx. 16-17 international academic employees that has the ownership of the process cleaning (CIP) and cleaning equipment in all API manufacturing facilities across the PP site. This means that you will have a range of responsibilities, including:

• Driving day-to-day operation and systematic problem solving on shopfloor to secure effective cleaning processes and equipment in the production that runs 24/7.
• Driving Cleaning validation and product change over activities
• Monitor, document, and report the cleaning processes.
• Driving optimization, including investment projects.
• Following up on actions and collaborate with the senior leaders across the organization daily.

Though you will be supporting our production that runs 24/7, you will have normal working hours Monday-Friday.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• You have experience as a team leader in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, and you are now ready to raise the complexity and head up a cross functional team.
• Ability to independently understand and preferably knowledge of cleaning processes in the pharma industry, as well as experience in driving improvements on a system level – using LEAN systems.
• Fluent in English.

As a person you have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders at all levels, especially senior leaders and QA.

You will be joining Purification Plant II in API in Kalundborg. Our department is at the forefront of technology, systems, methods, and processes.
