Student Assistant for Stillstrom - Studies and Concept

We are seeking a Student Assistant to join a ground-breaking ocean cleantech initiative. Stillstrom has embarked on an exciting journey to help decarbonise the maritime industry and build towards a clean ocean future.

We offer an exciting Student Assistant role in an early-stage venture company with a dynamic and international team growing to app. 20 colleagues. In this role you will collaborate closely with our Concept and Studies Manager who is leading our feasibility and Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) studies with customers. This is an excellent opportunity to dive into real-world projects and contribute to the success of our company.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute with content to studies, draft presentations, and other technical material for external stakeholders, ensure consistent and high-quality format of reports being produced.

• Create and keep up-to-date technical dossier of concepts on the market.

• Assist in planning, monthly reporting and other project tasks.

• Organize meetings and provide support with minute-taking to ensure smooth operations.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

• Is currently pursuing studies in engineering or equivalent technical field

• Has a passion for learning and a drive to excel in a professional environment.

• Has a technical background or ability to pick-up fast on technical content.

• Seasoned in Microsoft Office environment, strong editing skills and ability to prepare templates etc.

• Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Can effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Experience in technical writing and document editing.

• Is fluent in English both orally and in writing.

To be considered for this role you must be enrolled in a study program at a Danish university.

We expect that you will be able to work 15-20 hours per week, and we are of course flexible in relation to exam periods.
