Finance student-assistant

You are probably studying Finance and looking for real work experience, are good with numbers and people, are detail-oriented and well organized.

Let us now tell you about the work tasks - You can expect your work to be varied and cover these activities:

• Creating customer invoices for licenses.
• Making Sales orders for specific customers (related to licenses).
• Booking license costs.
• Working with our accounting system, NetSuite.
• Working with the JSON converter for invoice automation.
• You can expect some ad hoc tasks based on the workload in the Finance team in Denmark and your interests.

To succeed in this role, you:

• Have knowledge in Finance and are studying Finance at the moment or any other related field.
• Are organized and detail-oriented.
• Are interested in learning new systems, processes and tools fast.
• Are fluent in English and have good communication professional skills.

This is a part-time contract with 10-15 hours per week, depending on the workload. You will be reporting to our Finance Specialist, Smadar Hansen.

We are looking for a new colleague to join us as soon as possible, and we will interview candidates continuously. Application deadline is the 16th of June.
