Imagine a future where you play a key information security management part for a green energy production leader

Join us in this role where you’ll advise and support our Central Europe countries management teams and regional business leaders in all information security management, cyber risk management, cyber compliance management, and corporate cyber strategy implementation matters. You’ll act on behalf of our entities as information security focal point to national authorities where and as required by local legislation. In your role, you’ll monitor the national cyber and information security legislation across regions and support the use and local implementation as well as the continues improvement of the global corporate information security management system. You’ll work with industry peers, industry associations, and regulators shaping and maturing cyber security in the renewable energy sector.

You’ll be part of Governance and Regulations where you, together with your colleagues, will form a group of information security officers, analysts, and information security professionals.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • driving the information security governance in the region, incl. preparing, running, and moderating the Country Cyber Security Boards agenda and the board’s meetings
  • acting as information security representative to the countrys authorities, regulators, and auditors as well as assisting in internal and external cyber security compliance projects and internal and external audits
  • supporting discovery, interpretation, and incorporation of external cyber regulatory requirements into internal requirements management system
  • supporting our internal commercial and business teams to prepare, present, and discuss cyber risk and compliance management reviews with joint venture board representatives
  • working with country and regional stakeholders to achieve the corporate security awareness program goals
  • contributing to leading industry associations, such as WindEurope Security Task Force and BDEW Information Security Working Group, aligned with our Regulatory Affairs team.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills across all functions at all organisational levels
  • have senior level Information Security Management expertise and experience
  • have experience in stakeholder and key account or relationship management
  • demonstrate cyber legislation and regulation expertise.
