The Student Assistant Global Business Systems (GBS) in Radiometer is a staff role to the full GBS Management team to support in everything from onboarding of internal and external associates, to working with internal communication and executing internal meetings and events. The expectation is 15 hours pr. week. This position is part of the Digital & IT organization located in Brønshøj, Denmark and will be working in a hybrid setting but primarily onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses. You will be a part of the DARWIN Program team and report to the Program Director. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Plan, organize and support internal team meetings, workshops, and events for GBS and projects or programs within GBS
- Support internal communication by creating or curating content, drafting articles, keeping SharePoint sites up to date etc. working across teams and with multiple
- Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed as well as leadership support
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Enrollment on a BSc. or MSc. education with at least one year left of your studies
- Experience working with SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Solid English language skills (speaking and writing)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Working in a structured and systemic way with an eye for details
- Teamwork and communication with different colleagues and stakeholders
- Working independently and taking ownership of your tasks
