Our Total Rewards team at Danske Bank, are enhancing our system, analytics, and reporting capabilities. We are seeking a new colleague to help strengthen our team and play a key role in strengthening our reporting capabilities and contribute to the implementation of our new Oracle compensation module. This role ensures compliance with external reporting requirements and delivers important internal reports on key metrics.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with 14 motivated colleagues based throughout the Nordics and Lithuania, all committed to excelling in all aspects of the Total Rewards processes. Our team work is crucial in supporting Danske Bank enabling a culture where we can deliver on our Forward 28’ strategy.

Shaping Rewards Strategy - Key Responsibilities of the Rewards Specialist

Together with your colleague in Analytics and Reporting, you will be a part of the evolution and implementation of our new Oracle based compensation module, you will be central around our external reporting initiatives - including regulatory reporting such as Pillar 3, Material Risk Takers, ESG and Pay reporting. Furthermore, you will co-lead our data modelling and development efforts, providing valuable insights through internal analysis on critical metrics like the new CSRD reporting requirements, bonus spend, salary drift, ESG, and more.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the implementation of our future compensation module, setting robust, sustainable reporting and system requirements in collaboration with our reporting area and People Tribe.
  • Leading the generation and analysis of internal reports on critical metrics and managing external reporting requirements.
  • Utilizing analytics to extract meaningful insights from compensation data and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with reporting standards, acting as the primary point of contact for external agencies and auditors regarding compensation-related reporting.

Collaborative, Data-Driven Rewards Specialist
The ideal new colleague to our team is a team-oriented individual, thriving in diverse environments and bringing a collaborative spirit to every project. You are well-versed in data handling, analytics, rewards/HR systems, and remuneration reporting, with at least 3 years of proven experience. Excel is a tool you use with ease, seamlessly integrating it into your daily routine.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Experience in implementing a job architecture in an HRIS.
  • Proficiency in data management and a solid understanding of effective rewards processes. Experience with visualization tools and statistical analysis software is a strong asset.
  • A bachelor’s degree focused on Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a similar field is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills that allow you to articulate complex data in a clear, concise manner.
