Job Overview:

As our new Global Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive, build and be responsible for the full global recruitment life-cycle.

Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will work closely together with all members of the people team, our business unit leaders and hiring managers. This is a global role, and your stakeholders will be located across our offices.

Key responsibilities includes:

  • Drive the talent acquisition strategy by developing and implementing effective recruitment plans to attract various roles.

  • Manage forecasts by partnering with and collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs and predict new hires and their capabilities.

  • Build and maintain best practice recruiting guidelines and processes, ensuring an aligned approach throughout our locations.

  • Owning and hands-on in all aspects of the recruitment process - from identifying the business needs together with the business leaders and hiring manager, the job description, screening, proactive searching, interviewing candidates, and final offer and onboarding.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and offering support throughout the recruitment.

  • Educate and coach hiring managers, and team members on interviewing techniques including cultural contribution and diversity and recruitment guidelines and processes - always on top of best practices

  • Establish and monitor key recruitment measures to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Ensure all activities comply with legal requirements.

  • Proactively identify and monitor local dynamic labor market trends, and business needs to utilise the best channels for recruitment
