Who you are:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate for our CPH office, your primary focus will be to hire top talent for Templafys commercial teams and other core functions as needed. You will be joining a resilient team of creative, people-oriented, and diverse individuals with a shared passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience, and play a leading role in contributing to our employer brand.

You will report to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition.

What youll do:

• Own a full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with candidates, guiding candidates through the interview cycle, and managing the offer and negotiation process.
• Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to internal stakeholders and work closely with hiring managers to launch new roles, understand candidate qualifications, assist in creating job descriptions, and develop successful recruitment strategies.
• Utilize and keep our ATS system (Greenhouse) up to date with candidate information.
• Focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience and forming successful partnerships with hiring managers.
• Keep up with latest market trends and make meaningful recommendations accordingly.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.

What youll need to succeed:

• 1-2 years of proven success owning the full recruitment cycle at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting experience, ideally hiring for SaaS sales profiles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain lasting relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to work autonomously, think on your feet, and adapt to change in a structured way.
• Passion for identifying and attracting top talent with a focus on diversity & inclusion.
• Team-player and collaborative mind-set.
• Ability to navigate with a sense of urgency.
• Fluent English speaker.
