As a Student Assistant on the Commercial Excellence Team for Radiometer, you will contribute to projects that support strategic initiatives in Commercial Excellence. This includes creating educational materials, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work 10-15 hours a week depending on your schedule, exams etc..

This position is part of the Commercial Enablement Team located in Brønshøj, Copenhagen area, and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Commercial Excellence team and report to the Global Commercial Excellence CRM Manager responsible for overseeing the commercial requirements of the Radiometer’s sales organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop engaging and informative educational training content for Radiometer CRM platform, tailored to the needs of our global sales team. This involves producing engaging training videos, How-To tutorials, and curated training materials.

• Utilize analytical tools and techniques to gather, interpret, and analyze data related to CRM data quality, sales training performance, and other ad-hoc analysis.

• Explore CRM-integrated sales tools like CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote), Sales Enablement, and Copilot for Sales, empowering Sales teams to excel while aligning educational training content with organizational goals through cross-functional collaboration.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Currently enrolled in 1st or 2nd year of Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills and fast in learning new IT systems.
