Flyhjælp is an ambitious and dynamic company located in the beautiful Edison House premises near Kløvermarken in Copenhagen, close to the Lergravsparken metro station. The company employs about 50 staff members from all the Nordic countries, who help secure financial compensation for air passengers who have experienced delays, cancellations, and denied boardings.

As a Team Lead and Project Expert in Flyhjælps Operations department, you will be part of a fantastic workplace consisting of a young and dynamic team that has been named No. 2 on Børsens Gazelle list in 2020. You’ll be learning about all aspects of air passengers rights law and take part in exciting and sometimes tech heavy projects.

The team consists of 7 case workers whom you will work closely with to ensure high quality of cases and assessments made for the Swedish market. The team members are speaking either Swedish or Danish or both, where the primary company language is English.

• Lead and motivate a team of Case Workers for the Swedish Market, fostering a positive work culture and a continuous learning environment through guidance, training, and regular feedback to further enhance team skills and performance.
• Oversee the daily business, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve issues promptly, demonstrating effective problem-solving and serving as a role model.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements, automation, and further customer excellence in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with your team and other departments (e.g. Legal, Marketing, Finance) on day-to-day business activities and overarching projects beyond Swedish Market in the whole Nordics.
• Take part and be the lead in department wide projects and initiatives and bring them to successful completion.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between our teams in Berlin, Budapest and Copenhagen to ensure the achievement of our key objectives.

• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in leading teams and managing projects from conceptualization to successful completion.
• You can analyze and understand complex topics, deriving appropriate actions effectively.
• You have a strong interest in tech-related topics and have already gained experience in using and ideally improving CRM tools.
• You are approachable for your team’s daily business tasks while also capable of strategic thinking and actions.
• You are fluent in Swedish and have a strong written and spoken English command. Any additional Nordic language is a plus.
