As we continue to expand our offerings, we are seeking a dynamic Learning Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing and delivering exceptional learning experiences for our sales employees and customers.

What You’ll do on a day-to-day basis

• Design and develop interactive and multimedia-rich e-learning courses and modules using industry-standard authoring tools.
• Manage and administer our learning management system (LMS), including course creation, user management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather content and requirements, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and business goals.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences, incorporating multimedia elements, interactive simulations, and assessments.
• Write clear and concise copy for learning materials, including course descriptions, instructions, and assessments, maintaining a consistent tone and style.
Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and adult learning theory, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our learning offerings.

What we imagine the ideal profile look like

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, for designing visually appealing learning materials and presentations.
• Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and LMS administration, preferably in a corporate or technology-focused environment.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar platforms.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Strong power point skills.
