Position Summary

We have a vacancy for the position of Service Delivery Manager in our Danish BPO team and we are looking for an expert who will take care of our global payroll clients and ensure the highest quality of service.

Zalaris is a leading service provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions in Europe and SAP Gold Partner, with an extensive number of cloud HCM and payroll BPO customers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as a single point of contact for our clients key stakeholders / partner manager, ensuring the best possible customer service and high quality service delivery
  • Manage your own customer-focused payroll team, steer customer work, resource and availability planning, and drive customer service delivery across our nearshore and offshore service centers
  • Have solid understanding of customer’s payroll processes
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and SLAs providing service excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Budget your own client’s service financials
  • Support the efficient change management, manage testing, deployments and improvements of payroll system
  • Ensure that Zalaris relevant controls and policies are implemented and followed
  • Ensure efficient top notch communication within Zalaris and in the customer interface
  • Develop, support and motivate your team members and drive engagement
  • Participate the work of local management team, contribute our planning on country level and common activitie
Experience and Education
  • Previous work experience with BPO and Payroll services, customer service, and/or team management is highly appreciated
  • Experience in working with modern Payroll and HR technology, preferably SAP HCM
  • Very good spoken and written English skills are required
  • Demonstrating leadership and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrating time management and prioritization skills
  • Confidence in making decisions
  • Master or bachelor’s degree e.g. in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration
