Cybersecurity Advisor

Today, we employ around 300 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Cybersecurity Advisor who can make a difference in our Security Strategy Team.

As a trusted cybersecurity advisor, we help our clients strengthen their cyber defence capabilities by developing end-to-end cybersecurity strategies & roadmaps tailored to their needs. Given our insight based on firsthand experience of data breaches and cybercrime, we know what is required to protect todays modern digital environments. We guide our clients, both strategically and tactically along the way, providing them with reliable security guidance and advisory to ensure business continuity and to reduce their cyber risk.

We are looking for a cybersecurity professional that understands how to advice and guide clients through the fog of cybersecurity threats, tools, frameworks and legislation requirements. You are someone who enjoys taking security strategy and making it work for the business, and are passionate about making a real difference for the organization.

You combine cybersecurity, risk analysis and business understanding to improve cybersecurity posture for our clients – not only on paper, but IRL.

You ideally have 4-6 years of experience working in an cybersecurity advisory/consultancy capacity and possess a large client network in Denmark. You are well versed in delivering & communicating cybersecurity gaps and cybersecurity roadmaps to both technical- & business profiles and higher management such as executive boards. You are also strong in identifying and developing future cybersecurity initiatives and services for Truesec and our clients.

Required Skills:

• 
  Experienced in Security frameworks (CIS v8, NIST CSF, ISO27001 etc.)
• Hands-on cybersecurity assessment using security frameworks
• Experienced in developing and communicating cybersecurity findings and cyber security roadmaps
• Knowledgeable of NIS2 and DORA
• Knowledgeable about infrastructure; for instance AD, EntraID, MS E5 tools, IGA, PAM and SOC
• You have great collaboration, communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint) and you can communicate clearly in Danish and English both orally and in writing.
• You have excellent Office365(PowerPoint, Excel & Teams) skills
• You are a team player, and you find it natural to share your knowledge with your colleagues

Bonus Skills:

• Relevant certifications CISM, CISSP, CCSP, ISO2700x etc. is seen as an advantage
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure, AD, Azure, IGA, PAM and SOC is seen as an advantage.
• Not afraid of writing reports as outcome of security assessments.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Danish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Danish work permit.
