Student Assistant, Assortment Planning - Global Merchandising

We are looking for two Student Assistant in our Global Merchandising team! As Student Assistant in assortment planning within Global Merchandising, you will focus on supporting planning product development and related Merchandising operations across our team. You will be part of the greater Merchandising department, working towards maximising sales and profit by ensuring we have the right product at the right time. Your main tasks will be related to:

• Support and coordinate the activities among the stakeholders of the assortment planning team
• Analysing sales data, report on commercial actions and maintaining planning tools for product development
• Run dedicated assortment-related projects such as retail tests
• Provide cross-collection overviews & analyses
• Supporting regular routines for assortment planning team and operations

This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable insights into how a Merchandising department within a big company in fashion works. To thrive in this position, you should be a direct communicator who flourishes in an open call-out culture, and you should have a strong sense of urgency. Additionally, we hope you have or can demonstrate:

• Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within International Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Economics or similar. Ideally, with two years left of your studies
• Experience from retail or fashion is preferred
• Have passion for product
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Super user in Microsoft Office incl. Excel and PowerPoint

Your new team You will be reporting to the Director of Assortment Planning and you will be working mainly with Assortment planning team with frequent touchpoints with other departments.
Additional information This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
