Job Description:

As a Site preparation team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the site. You will work closely with our clients and uphold our commitment to excellence in every task you undertake. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will be instrumental in creating a positive and inviting environment for all.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, to maintain cleanliness standards on site.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow established protocols and safety guidelines to handle and dispose of hazardous materials properly.
• Notify the supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs observed during cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to coordinate cleaning schedules and achieve optimal efficiency.
• Uphold professionalism and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and addressing their specific cleaning requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or related field is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
