MAN Energy Solutions SE offers a tailor-made Graduate Program with the duration of 15 months with our Solutions Sales and Partnership department in Copenhagen. During the 15 month period you will get familiarized with various elements of our business. Furthermore, you will gain intercultural experience at one of our world-wide locations.

At MAN Energy Solutions, we have for many years designed the worlds best 2-stroke engine for the maritime fleet. So good that today we have a dominant global market share. But we would like to be even better at developing and marketing new additional products for our engines. This could be new SW features, data-driven services, new technical solutions or something else entirely. This is what we do in the Solutions Sales and Partnership department. These areas are expected to grow significantly in the coming years, and it is in this group that you mainly will be included with.

You will play an important role in:

You will:

• Work with a wide range of experts in each of their fields to identify, scope and prepare products for sale
• Participate in contract negotiations, pricing and, not least, marketing of solutions and services.
• Develop, document and execute the sales process for the various products.
• Carry out analyzes of products in the portfolio to continuously optimize sales channels and efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends and customer drivers, and continuously adapt the portfolio and pipeline of new products
• Participation in seminars and development measures to build your own career
• Building your personal network within the company and becoming an active networker
• International assignments at one of our locations abroad

We imagine that you have:

• Above-average Business School or University in the field of International Business, Innovation and Business Development, Business Intelligence, Value Chain Management or a related degree (Master)
• At least 4-month stay abroad, e.g. during studies
• Ability to work independently, analytically and think conceptually
• Ability to simplify, present and drive complex issues
• Competent knowledge of the common MS-Office programs
• Very good English Skills (further languages welcome)
• Exceptional commitment, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
• You have very good communication and cooperative skills
