Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating learning activities provided by People & Culture and overseeing L&D Copenhagen’s Sharepoint site. Key responsibilities include:
  • Serving as the central point of contact for all Learning activities in Copenhagen
  • Aligning Learning & Development activities with other business priorities to avoid conflicts with audits, inspections, and customer meetings
  • Collaborating with Business Partners, Internal Communication, LT assistant & P&C Operations
  • Gathering and integrating lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement in all Learning activities and Training courses
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and inviting relevant stakeholders
  • Liaising with the Legal Department & Procurement for contracts and PO numbers when necessary
  • Regular monitoring and reporting of Learning & Development activities
  • Staying updated on Learning & Development market trends by reading articles, literature, and attending relevant network meetings/conferences
  • Facilitating various Learning & Development activities
You will report to the Lead of Copenhagen Learning & Development and work closely with colleagues in P&C Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, as well as leaders and managers across the site, the Global COE, and external stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint
  • Ability to meet deadlines, maintain a positive attitude, and provide exemplary customer service
  • Capability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Bachelors degree and experience in planning and executing learning activities
